Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. in Florida, Orange Park is seeking an Associate to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

As an Associate, you will help drive sales through merchandise knowledge, maintain store standards, assist customers, and collaborate with team members. Training and benefits are provided; weekend availability may be required.

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
