Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Retail Associate Customer Service - Stavemill (Finance) to help fulfill our mission by delivering outstanding customer service, keeping the store visually appealing, and assisting with floor stock and transactions.

This role requires no prior experience, with a preferred high school diploma or GED; a background check is required. Availability for evenings and weekends is expected as business needs dictate. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred. Will consider a combination of education and work experience.
• No previous experience required.
• The associate is not required to drive as part of their job duties.
• The associate in this position will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check.

Aufgaben

• Provides exceptional customer service and courteous interaction with customers.
• Greets customers upon entry and thanks them at the end of transactions.
• Assists customers on the sales floor and supports visual presentation.
• Processes transactions quickly and accurately within cash handling guidelines.
• Assists with stocking and rotating merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintains clean, neat, and orderly sales area and wrap desks.
• Works to achieve the store's Round Up goal as assigned.
• Monitors and maintains floor visuals and end caps.
• Reports cleanliness issues to management as needed.
