Job summary

Goodwill South Florida’s Sunrise Store is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to assist customers, process donations, stock merchandise, and handle cash transactions. The role includes ringing up sales, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily store operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some cashiering or customer service experience; bilingual skills are a plus. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.
• 6 months of related experience or training is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior cashiering experience is a plus. Knowledge of electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations: greet donors, accept and unload donated items, and thank donors.
• Process and sort clothing, household items, shoes, and other merchandise.
• Conduct sales transactions and manage cash/credit card procedures.
• Perform cleaning duties across store areas and report maintenance issues.
• Assist customers, price merchandise, and support store operations and recycling bags.
