• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

• Maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone.
• Treat Customers and Associates with respect and courtesy; be friendly and professional at all times.
• Assist Customers in any way necessary – register-trained, assist with merchandise, and answer questions politely.
• Provide prompt responses to Customer service calls and resolve issues with Store Leadership as needed.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Carry out daily sizing and recovery to keep store neat and organized.
• Expedite merchandise receipts to the sales floor and maintain brand familiarity across departments.
