JD Finish Line in the United States seeks a Store Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will address customer needs, resolve issues, and help shape the store’s success.

You will drive sales through effective merchandising, assist with inventory, shipments, and visual displays, and work closely with the team to maintain policies and safety standards while providing friendly, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role.
• Customer-focused; delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and basic math in English.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Perform daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, and store maintenance.
