Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotional execution.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance, while following policies and safety regulations.
