The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences at our Winston-Salem location.

You’ll help drive sales, manage merchandise, and uphold store standards while collaborating with a dynamic team. Ideal candidates bring retail experience, a customer-centric mindset, and strong communication skills, with the flexibility to work mornings, days, and nights, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric: passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and literacy in English to handle reports and transactions.

Responsibilities
