Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Grand Forks, USA is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience. You will engage with customers, process purchases, promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain store appearance, and follow loss prevention standards.

You should be flexible to work various shifts, have strong communication and organizational skills, and collaborate with peers to keep aisles stocked and the store safe. Prior retail experience is preferred.

• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles change per SOPs.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and floor readiness.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness tasks.
• Supports loss prevention and safety practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
