Job summary

Sierra At TJX Companies Fort Collins location is hiring to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will engage with customers, support merchandising standards, and participate in store recovery while promoting credit and loyalty programs.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability to changes, the ability to multitask, and the capability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Support cross-training to work in multiple store areas as needed.
• Model established customer experience practices with customers and coworkers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures and standards.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and process requirements.
