You will model friendly service, handle transactions, promote loyalty programs, and work with peers to achieve goals. Starting pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Assist across store areas as needed to support business needs.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and shrink reduction programs.
• Support and follow labor laws and store policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
