The Finish Line is seeking an Associate in Hyattsville, MD to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will help shape store success and contribute to our growth in a fast-paced retail setting.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll drive customer satisfaction, assist with merchandising, and participate in inventory and POS operations. Weekend hours are required; the role offers competitive pay and benefits including discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with basic math and operating POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining service standards.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team to achieve sales and operational goals while following store policies.
• Additional duties as required.
