Retail Associate – 2025 CrossFit Games

CrossFit is bringing our merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic, 4-day pop-up at the Games. We’re looking for motivated, fitness-savvy retail associates to help deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent our brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

●Dates – July 31st – August 3rd

●Hours – 8-10 hour shifts daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

●Compensation – Flat rate of $750 for the entire event

●Location – Near MVP Arena - 51 South Pearl Street, Albany, NY 12207

RESPONSIBILITIES:

●Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride

●Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals and needs

●Educate customers about product features, uses, and benefits

●Support setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking

●Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays

●Track and report inventory levels during the event

●Be a positive, energetic ambassador of the CrossFit brand and community

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

●Availability for the full 4-day event (including setup and breakdown)

●Retail or customer service experience (preferred, not required)

●Comfortable standing for extended periods (8–10 hours)

●Able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.

●Passion for fitness, wellness, or living a healthy lifestyle
