Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, run the register, and provide friendly service. You will help maintain a clean store, restock shelves, and support safety and compliance in all duties.

The role includes cross-training in other departments as needed, with opportunities for advancement. Weekend and holiday availability is desired for the full retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English effectively.
• Willingness to cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the register with accuracy and speed.
• Assist with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales following age verification rules.
• Upsell customers to increase sales where appropriate.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms, pumps, and lot.
• Stock shelves and keep displays neat; sweep and mop as required.
• Work as a team and follow safety procedures and company policies.
