Goodwill Legacy Group is hiring a part-time Retail Associate to support store operations and management. The role involves handling cash, donations, and multiple job duties across cashier, textiles/wares, eCommerce, and rack/cart operations to help reach store goals.

The position emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn diverse tasks in a retail environment. Part-time hours and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• No formal degree or credential required.
• Ability to learn multiple job roles (Cashier, Textiles/ Waress Producer, Donation Attendant, eCommerce/ e-Books Producer, Rack/Cart Runner).
• Goodwill program knowledge and cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and educate on Goodwill programs.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and accurately stock merchandise.
• Handle donations at the donation door and assist backroom operations.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Support eCommerce/ ClickGoodwill packaging and shipping processes.
• Learn and perform various role duties as needed to meet store goals.
