Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences at our Wayne, NJ location. You will help drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising while collaborating with a team to meet store goals.

You will work in a dynamic retail environment with opportunities for growth, flexible hours, and exposure to company-wide best practices within the JD Finish Line brand.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Communication & collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-savvy: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance, following policies and safety rules.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to achieve store goals and follow store policies.
• Other duties and projects as required.
