Aritzia in Paramus, NJ is seeking an Associate Boutique Manager to lead our frontline teams in delivering world-class experiences and drive sales. You will coach the retail roster, safeguard store presentation, and ensure exceptional client service.

You will balance staffing, support performance development, and partner with Business Support to align with company objectives while upholding Everyday Luxury standards. This is a dynamic, growth-oriented role in a boutique environment.
