Job summary

Aritzia is seeking an Associate Boutique Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead a high‑performing boutique team, drive sales and service, and build loyal client relationships. This role balances people, product, and store operations to deliver world‑class experiences and support business goals.

You will mentor and develop talent, ensure staffing alignment, and collaborate with business partners to sustain an exceptional employee experience and progressive career growth.

• To manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of the business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

The mission of the Boutique Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world‑class experiences.

THE ROLE

As the Associate Boutique Manager, you will lead the team to:
