General Purpose:

The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers courteously, maintaining a clean work environment, ensuring proper merchandise presentation, and performing various tasks across store areas based on business needs.

Essential Functions:

• Prioritize safety, practicing safe behaviors at all times.
• Maintain awareness on the sales floor to ensure a safe shopping environment, report unsafe conditions.
• Greet all customers friendly and professionally, assist with merchandise, and answer questions.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve issues courteously, involving management when necessary.
• Support the company brand and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the store tidy and organized.
• Handle merchandise and transactions accurately, following all policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate integrity, safeguard confidential information, and follow loss prevention standards.
• Work efficiently to maximize productivity and follow store best practices.

• Manage work processes, demonstrate business acumen, and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

Physical Requirements/ADA:
