General Purpose:

The Retail Associate ensures a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring proper merchandise presentation. The role involves engaging in tasks across store areas as needed, including assisting customers, maintaining safety, and supporting operational standards.

Essential Functions:

• Prioritize safety and maintain awareness of the store environment.
• Greet and assist customers courteously, handle transactions accurately, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including merchandise recovery and replenishment.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to all policies regarding merchandise and cash handling.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

Physical Requirements and ADA:
