As a Sales Associate at Cloud Harbor Vape & Gaming, your main tasks are to:

• Increase sales
• Be willing to incorporate Cloud Harbor into your social media activity
• Keep the gaming area organized and efficient
• Prepare hookah
• Assist with daily store tasks and inventory management

Management

Key Responsibilities

• Assistance: Help customers set up gaming platforms and switch games if applicable.
• Customer Service: Ensure every customer has a great experience following our service standards.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all games, products, promotions, and advertisements.
• Daily Operations: Carry out daily goals set by management.
• Dress Code: Casual wear (all styles welcome). Be prepared to be on camera.
• Team Meetings: Actively participate in team meetings.
• Store Appearance: Keep the store clean and organized.
• Inventory: Help receive and organize new inventory shipments.
• Customer Issues: Address and resolve customer concerns and safety issues.
• Promotions: Encourage customers to visit the gaming lounge and join our rewards program.
• Information: Answer questions about products and gaming services.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Must have a good understanding of industry products and a willingness to learn.
• Experience: Retail experience and familiarity with POS systems preferred. Previous retail work is a plus.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of retail POS systems, MS Word, and Excel is beneficial.
• Understanding of the OTP and gaming industries.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Georgia laws regarding OTP is required.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
