Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut is seeking a Retail Associate to join our mission and support customers in our stores. You will help customers, operate a cash register, and ensure well-organized displays while processing donations and keeping the store clean.

This role offers both part-time and full-time openings, with benefits beginning after probation and opportunities for career advancement within our community-focused organization.

As a Retail Associate, you would be an essential part of ensuring the success of our stores and Goodwill’s mission.When a retail team member assists a Goodwill shopper find a treasure on the shelves, they aren’t just providing excellent customer service but also helping others in the community.

Part Time and Full Time Openings Available!

What Goodwill can offer you:
