Job summary

Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut in Avon, CT is seeking a Retail Associate to join our stores team. You will help customers, operate a cash register, and help display donated items while supporting Goodwill's mission.

Open availability for full- or part-time schedules, a $300 sign-on bonus after 6 months, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision are available; training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of English
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary (especially if a full-time schedule is desired)
• Being prepared for considerable standing, reaching, lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift over 40 pounds.
