Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut, Inc. is seeking motivated Retail Associates to support our communities and help customers find items that make a difference.

You will operate a cash register, organize displays, and process donations while delivering friendly service. Part-time and full-time openings available, with day, evening, and weekend shifts; must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of English for customer interactions.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to stand, lift, and perform physical duties as required.

As a Retail Associate, you would be an essential part of ensuring the success of our stores and Goodwill’s mission. When a retail team member assists a Goodwill shopper find a treasure on the shelves, they aren’t just providing excellent customer service but also helping others in the community.
