About the Position

Our associates are vital to our success, operating over 430 retail stores worldwide. Responsibilities include ensuring product availability, creating visual displays, addressing customer inquiries, and managing checkout processes. As a Retail Associate, you will represent our brand, assist customers in finding suitable products, support product flow into the store, and contribute to store profitability while embodying our mission: "Connecting Active People with Their Passions."

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and safety standards; restock merchandise from inventory
• Handle cash register transactions accurately; promote and connect customers to loyalty programs
• Assist customers by answering questions about products and helping with buying decisions
• Learn product details, policies, and procedures to perform daily tasks effectively

You Have

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in customer service
• Skill in using inventory and POS systems
• Minimum age of 16 years

Job Conditions

• Active environment involving physical activity, lifting up to 40 lbs., and exposure to dust/noise
• Occasional work in different locations
• Clear communication skills
