General Purpose

The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining a clean work area, ensuring proper merchandise presentation, and performing various store functions as needed to meet customer service and operational goals.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety by practicing safe behaviors and maintaining a secure environment.
• Assist customers courteously, handle transactions accurately, and support store operations.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Merchandise and organize the sales floor efficiently, including processing received inventory promptly.
• Understand and follow loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Safeguard confidential information, cash, and merchandise, demonstrating integrity in all interactions.
• Follow all policies related to transactions, inventory management, and store operations.

• Manage work processes, demonstrate business acumen, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Build talent, collaborate with team members, lead by example, and communicate effectively.
• Ensure accountability and execute store strategies efficiently.

Qualifications And Special Skills Required
