Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to welcome customers, process transactions at the register, and assist with donation sorting and merchandising. You will help keep stores clean and organized while supporting daily operations and meeting sales goals.

The role requires basic English and is suited for someone with prior retail or customer service experience. Shift flexibility, including evenings and weekends, is expected as part of a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Basic English literacy (read/speak/write) required.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer use.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

• Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.
• Some retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and basic computer systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to support a team environment.
