Position Summary

As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will work with a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for our customers. This position will meet production standards to deliver quality customer service. The Retail Associate will learn the daily operations of a retail store, gaining skills for a career in retail. This role is vital to our organization and can lead to future opportunities.

Duties Will Also Include

• Cashiering and sales floor support
• Processing and pricing donations of clothing, linens, housewares, and other items
• Assisting customers at the Donation Door with material handling, pre-sorting, and movement of donated goods

Compensation and Other Details

External Hiring Range: $14.00/hour
