Flamingo Island Flea Market in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking enthusiastic Retail Associates to join our sales team. If you’re passionate about people, love the energy of a bustling marketplace, and have a knack for customer service, we want to meet you!

As a part-time team member, you’ll greet guests, help customers find products, set up displays, and operate the POS. Weekend availability is a plus as the flea market thrives on weekends, with opportunities for growth and a fun, collaborative

• 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience.
• A People Person with a positive attitude.
• Team Player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
• Weekend Availability (our flea market is where the magic happens on weekends!).

Responsibilities

• Keep our back stock room organized and tidy.
• Set up eye-catching merchandise displays.
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend products they’ll love.
• Greet every guest with a smile and direct them to the right team member.
• Use our POS system to handle sales and returns.
• Help keep the store looking fabulous alongside your teammates.
• Performs other duties as assigned
