Job summary

The Cannabist Company in Lowell, MA is seeking Retail Associates to guide and educate patients with medical marijuana needs, ensuring they receive the correct medication for their illness and conditions.

This full-time role includes weekends, with pay at $16.50 per hour plus tips. You will handle intake paperwork, use ADILAS, assist customers, and promote cannabis products while maintaining records and supporting pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Two years of direct customer service experience.
• Retail experience a strong plus.
• Experience with Point-of-Sales systems.
• Understanding of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure intake forms and paperwork are properly completed and filed, then enter all information in ADILAS for future reference.
• Confirm patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area and inform the pharmacist of such limits.
• Provide exceptional customer care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
• Respond to calls or emails from customers requesting product, training, and general information.
• Manage patient records through the MMJ database and keep databases updated.
• Fulfill customer orders and promote Patriot Care products.
• Build and maintain integrity and trust for specific products.

Position Overview: Under general supervision, Retail Associates provide guidance and education to each patient with medical marijuana needs. Associates assist every patient to ensure he or she is receiving the correct medication that will best benefit the patient’s specific illness and medical condition.

Pay: $16.50/hour + tips!

Schedule:Full Time /including weekends

Major Areas of Responsibility include:

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
