Job description

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing exceptional service.

Assist customers with product selection and answer inquiries regarding merchandise.

Maintain product knowledge to recommend items and meet customer needs.

Process transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.

Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring displays are clean and attractive.

Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and stocking shelves.

Monitor and maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization.

Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.

Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as needed.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills and experience handling transactions.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
