Job summary

Golden Nugget Laughlin is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers with product selection and drive sales through engagement and product knowledge.

You will greet guests, keep the shop pristine, manage backstock, and operate the point-of-sale system. The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to handle payments securely.

Qualifications

• One year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales through engagement of customers
• Greets and receives customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Work with fellow co-workers and management to keep retail space clean and always organized.
• Maintain product on sales floor and filling backstock throughout assigned shift.
• Responsible for a point-of-sale register and accepting credit cards, cash, comps or in payment of retail items.
• Verifying identity of customers when using comps as a form of payment for retail items.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
