General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, maintaining a clean store, ensuring proper merchandise presentation, and performing various store functions as needed.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety and maintain a secure shopping environment
• Greet and assist customers courteously and knowledgeably
• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support store cleanliness and organization
• Follow loss prevention and safety policies
• Represent the Ross brand professionally
• Perform merchandising and recovery tasks
• Handle merchandise and cash transactions responsibly

Physical Requirements/ADA

• Ability to use store equipment
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and lift as required
