General Purpose:

The Retail Associate ensures our Customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers courteously, maintaining a clean work area, ensuring proper merchandise presentation, and performing various tasks across store areas as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Prioritize safety and practice safe behaviors at all times.
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment, report unsafe conditions.
• Greet customers with eye contact, smiles, and polite language; assist with merchandise and questions.
• Respond promptly to customer service needs, handle issues courteously, and escalate when necessary.
• Support the company's brand and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure store presentation standards are met through daily recovery and merchandising.
• Assist with receiving merchandise and stock replenishment promptly and efficiently.
• Understand loss prevention policies and safeguard company assets.
• Follow policies regarding transactions, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and maximize productivity in daily tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

Physical Requirements / ADA:

• Ability to operate store equipment and spend significant time standing, walking, and moving around.
