Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow procedures
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support store shrink reduction and safety initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
