Responsibilities

1. Deliver a World-Class Guest Experience: Welcome guests, guide them through their experiences, and ensure their visit is exceptional, from gearing up to leaving excited about their videos and future visits.
2. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Use computer and tablet technologies to assist guests, help fit gear properly, and address technical issues with a lighthearted approach.
3. Maintain Facility Standards: Keep the store, experience rooms, and equipment clean and organized to ensure a premium environment.

Qualifications

• Be egoless, with no personal agendas.
• Have an underdog mindset, adaptable and a strong problem solver.
• Work well in a team with a positive attitude.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., and walking stairs.
• Close-distance hand-eye coordination and ability to manipulate basic tools.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Weekend availability is required.
