Job summary

Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut is seeking motivated Retail Associates to support store operations and advance its mission to help people in our communities. The role includes cashier duties, welcoming shoppers, stocking shelves, and processing donations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Open positions are both part-time and full-time with a $300 sign-on bonus after 6 months of continuous employment.

As a Retail Associate, you would be an essential part of ensuring the success of our stores and Goodwill’s mission. When a retail team member assists a Goodwill shopper find a treasure on the shelves, they aren’t just providing excellent customer service but also helping others in the community.

$300 Sign-On Bonus!

Earn a $300 sign-on bonus for joining our team! Eligible full-time and part-time new hires receive $300 after completing 6 months of continuous employment. Employees must be in good standing at time of payout.
