Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is hiring Retail Associates to support our mission of Transforming Lives Through the Power of Work. You’ll provide exceptional service to customers and donors, operate cash registers, and ensure a clean, organized store environment.

You’ll help price and merchandise donated goods while contributing to daily sales goals. Applicants should have basic English, some retail or customer service experience, and be comfortable with POS and computer systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.
• Some retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and basic computer systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to support a team environment.
• Strong commitment to Goodwill’s mission and RISE values.

Responsibilities
