General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining a clean work environment, proper merchandise presentation, and performing various store functions as needed. Additional tasks may be assigned to support customer service and operational goals.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety by practicing safe behaviors and maintaining a secure shopping environment.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service, including greeting, assisting, and responding promptly to inquiries.
• Support store cleanliness through cleaning tasks and merchandise organization.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Assist in merchandise receiving, presentation, and loss prevention standards.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, following all policies.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and maximize productivity.
