General Purpose:

The Retail Associate ensures our customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers courteously, maintaining a clean work area, ensuring proper merchandise presentation, and performing various tasks as assigned to support store operations and customer service goals.

Essential Functions include:

• Practicing safety and maintaining a secure shopping environment.
• Greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, and responding to inquiries politely and knowledgeably.
• Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and organized store.
• Merchandising received inventory promptly and according to company standards.
• Following loss prevention policies and safeguarding company assets.
• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrating integrity, honesty, and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Executing store best practices to maximize productivity.
