General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures our customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers courteously, maintaining a clean work area, proper merchandise presentation, and performing various store functions as needed. Flexibility to perform additional tasks to meet customer service and operational goals is expected.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety and practice safe behaviors at all times.
• Create a safe shopping environment by maintaining awareness and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Provide courteous service, assist customers with merchandise, and handle questions professionally.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve issues courteously.
• Support the company brand and perform cleaning tasks to maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Organize and recover merchandise, expedite receipts, and support loss prevention standards.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, following all policies.
• Work with a sense of urgency and maximize productivity.
