Job summary

Happy Days Dispensary is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist customers, share product knowledge, and complete retail sales transactions. You will help maintain brand loyalty by delivering a high level of service and accurate cash handling at the register.

The role emphasizes cannabis product education, responsive Q&A, and driving repeat business through confident, friendly interactions with customers. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cannabis, retail, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by sharing product knowledge, answering questions and completing retail sales transactions.
• Take and fulfill customer orders and inform customers of relevant information.
• Provide education on cannabis products to ensure customer understanding and meet education needs.
• Execute transactions with accuracy at the register and handle cash appropriately.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain high levels of hospitality and customer experience.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Job Summary

Assist with providing top-quality service and assistance to customers through sharing of product knowledge, answering questions, and completing retail sales transactions.

• Drive repeat business through creating customer confidence and building brand loyalty
• Maintain up to date knowledge on products and industry knowledge, including cannabis

laws and regulations.

• Take and fulfill customer orders, inform customers of relevant Happy Days information,

and accept payments.

• Provide high level of customer experience by answering customer questions and making
• recommendations based on customer needs and demonstrating knowledge of products
• that will best suit their individual needs.

• Confirming customer needs to ensure they receive the correct education on the

cannabis products

• Meet any required personal performance goals

• Execute transactions with high attention to detail and ensure accuracy in register

transactions

• Follow Happy Days standard operating procedures, company culture, and state and

handling, and security including cash handling, locked storage of product, and

• Must be able to accommodate flexible scheduling expectations including weekend,

evening, and holiday schedules.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age

• Previous experience with cannabis, retail, or customer service preferred
