Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies
• Other duties as assigned
