Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager at our Tiffin, OH location. The role supports the Store Manager to create a high-energy sales environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will coach and motivate the sales team, analyze performance, and ensure targets are met. Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $23.00 hourly with bonuses, and evening/weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• 1+ year in retail or customer service.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve goals.
• Able to communicate with leadership staff and take instructions.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 20lbs.
