Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to support training and guide team members
• Solid business acumen and understanding of retail performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and complete sales transactions to meet goals
• Support store operations in partnership with the Store Manager
• Reinforce training and onboarding through guidance and modeling
• Follow procedures to support store operations during shifts
• Partner with the Store Manager on team matters and address concerns
• Complete opening/closing responsibilities and register reconciliation
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
• Implement marketing and merchandising updates
