Motivate, energize, and inspire others

  1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver results by prioritizing time and effort, exceeding goals, and motivating the team to maximize store performance.
  2. Cultivate a positive team environment that promotes safety and fun.
  3. Maintain merchandising standards to meet and exceed sales and Key Performance Indicators.
  4. Recruit, coach, and develop team members to ensure a productive and collaborative store environment.

Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?

  1. Management experience in retail.
  2. Experience with Point of Sale systems, computer proficiency, loss prevention, cash management, recruitment, training, performance management, scheduling, and payroll.
  3. Space management and visual merchandising expertise.
  4. Physical requirements include constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for at least two hours. May involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and lifting at least 30 lbs.
  5. Full availability to work 40 hours per week.

The hourly wage ranges from $29.63 to $31.63, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational factors. Compensation details, including benefits, will be communicated upon employment offer finalization.
