As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support store growth. Our store leaders are the front line of our field team: retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and connection-makers with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, results goals, and accountability.
• Perform leadership tasks delegated by the store manager, including acting as manager on duty.
• Support operational activities and implement floorset directions.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including deposits and shipment receipt.
• Set daily/shift goals and provide performance feedback.
• Meet payroll targets and maintain sales floor coverage.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Build genuine customer connections and make personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, motivate, and reward associates.
• Maintain safety standards and store policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, and operations in a fast-paced environment.
