SalonCentric is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Frederick, MD. You will support the store manager in developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth in a beauty-focused environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail leadership, weekend availability, and strong communication. L'Oreal USA supports ongoing education and employee growth within SalonCentric and the broader family.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use point of sale systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Must lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States; no sponsorship offered.

Assistant Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 Years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

• From: $20.10
• To: $22.10
