Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our store team in Berwick, PA. You will support the store manager in building a high-performing team, delivering superb customer service, and driving sales growth while maintaining brand standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, and a passion for hair and beauty products, with opportunities for education and career growth within the SalonCentric and L'Oreal USA family.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk the store during shift.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required.

Assistant Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 Years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $18.30 To: $20.30
