Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams with fair delegation and hands-on work across all store areas.
• Demonstrate commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork.
• Ensure accountability for meeting company goals and compliance with guidelines.
• Oversee payroll/timekeeping processes.
• Close the store, reconcile cash with daily sales, secure premises.
• Operate cash register and provide customer service at point of sale.
• Receive, price, and stock donations; assist in merchandising and tagging textiles.
