They will demonstrate integrity, supervise staff, and ensure goals are met in a fast-paced environment. The role includes payroll/timekeeping, cash handling, stocking donations, pricing, closing the store, reconciling cash, and maintaining a positive shopping atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more years of retail experience plus supervisory exposure.
• Experience with cash handling and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production goals are met by staff.
• Create a positive store environment for staff and customers.
• Payroll/timekeeping duties.
• Assist in achieving production and sales goals.
• Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales, secure facility at night.
• Cashier duties and customer service.
• Receive, price and stock donations; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Hang/inspect/tag apparel in production-style setting.
